Transport Co-Ordinator

Job description

We’re currently recruiting for a Transport Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience in transportation or freight forwarding.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the efficient, timely, and compliant movement of materials across the EMEA region and beyond.

In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of coordinating and tracking shipments to ensure safe, on-time delivery

• Work closely with our central Distribution Center, trusted carriers, and global freight forwarders

• Proactively identify and manage any transit delays, disruptions, or risks-keeping everything moving smoothly

• Build strong working relationships with warehouses, suppliers, and 3PLs to maintain operational excellence

• Be the go-to contact for internal teams and external partners when it comes to shipment updates and issue resolution

• Leverage logistics and tracking systems to maintain full visibility of goods in transit

What we’re looking for..

• 2-3 years of experience in transportation, freight forwarding, or logistics

• A solid understanding of freight management and basic customs procedures

• Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple shipments and shifting priorities with ease

• Strong working knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, TMS, and WMS
