Supply Chain Planner – PIPO (Phase-In/Phase-Out) Project

(Hybrid Role – Athlone, 1 Day per Week in Office)

We are recruiting on behalf of a global MedTech leader that is undergoing an exciting rebranding project.

They are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join their EMEA Supply Planning team and take ownership of product phase-in/phase-out (PIPO) activities during this transformation.

This is an excellent opportunity to move beyond day-to-day planning into a project-driven, regional role where you’ll make a direct impact on ensuring smooth product transitions and outstanding customer service across multiple countries.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead supply chain planning for product phase-in/phase-out activities related to the rebranding project.

  • Work with local and regional planners to confirm inventory requirements.

  • Use SAP, Excel, and analytics to make proactive, data-driven decisions.

  • Track progress, identify gaps, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure flawless execution.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Demand, or Production Planning.

  • Strong SAP (ECC or S/4 HANA) and Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.

  • Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
