Supply Chain Analyst

Job description

As a Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) Analyst, you will collaborate with global teams to support effective product transitions and inventory management.

In this role, you will:

• Gather, validate, and consolidate data to prepare and submit inventory build requests to regional PIPO Leads.

• Coordinate with cross-regional and country teams to ensure timely alignment and execution of inventory builds.

• Initiate and monitor inventory build orders, proactively tracking progress to ensure completion within required timelines.

• Prepare and present regular status reports on inventory build activities to leadership and senior management.

• Contribute to data analysis and reporting through support of analytical tools and systems.

Key Attributes

• Strong proficiency in system applications, including Office 365 (particularly Excel), SAP ECC or S/4HANA, and Power BI.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business solutions.

• Proven project management experience, demonstrating effective planning and execution capabilities.

• Broad experience across Supply Chain and related functions, fostering strong cross-functional awareness and collaboration
