Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to achieve individual and business objectives.
- Drive sales growth while maintaining strong commercial performance and profitability.
- Monitor key business metrics and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Support, coach and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and high operational standards.
- Manage inventory, merchandising and general store presentation.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety requirements.
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory, team leadership or management role, or a strong desire to progress into leadership.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and delivering commercial results.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Confident using IT systems and business software.
- A proactive approach with the ability to motivate others and make sound decisions.
- A full, clean driving licence is required.
- An interest in home improvement, interiors or design would be advantageous.
