Responsibilities

• Monitor key business metrics and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Support, coach and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and high operational standards.
• Manage inventory, merchandising and general store presentation.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety requirements.

Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory, team leadership or management role, or a strong desire to progress into leadership.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and delivering commercial results.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident using IT systems and business software.
• A proactive approach with the ability to motivate others and make sound decisions.
• A full, clean driving licence is required.
• An interest in home improvement, interiors or design would be advantageous.
