We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Services Technician to join a fast-growing Site
Services team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled professional to
expand their experience within the industry. The role will focus on installation, maintenance,
inspection, upgrade works, and customer support activities across a nationwide customer base.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out inspection, servicing, maintenance, and upgrade works on HVAC and AHU systems across customer sites.
- Complete filter replacement, framework assembly, refurbishment, and installation projects in accordance with customer requirements.
- Meet agreed service level commitments and respond effectively to customer breakdown and service requests.
- Produce detailed and accurate site reports, documenting findings, recommendations, and completed works using mobile technology.
- Diagnose faults, identify solutions, and complete repair works in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship, accuracy, and compliance while minimising rework and service disruption.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships while acting as a professional representative of the company.
- Support additional service activities and projects to meet contractual requirements and customer expectations.
- Participate in dust collection and air pollution control projects as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working with HVAC, AHU, ducting, fabrication, or related mechanical systems.
- Strong installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience within a site-based environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively across multiple customer locations.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced and technically demanding environment.
- Site-based experience is essential.
- Full, clean driving licence is required.
