An exciting new opportunity for a hybrid Senior Commercial Lines Account Handler to join a busy team in D.15. This is a permanent role with a salary of up to €55,000 DOE and qualifications. There are great benefits on offer with study support available too.

The Job:

• Handling customer queries & providing support to all teams
• Inviting renewals in line with our procedures
• Lead generation & developing new accounts
• Achieving targets and executing the agreed business plans
• Managing Debt and premium collection
• Administration of the accounts to high professional standard
• Networking and attending events

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to develop new accounts
• Experience in handling client and nurturing relationships with them
• Excellent IT skills, perfect verbal & written English
• Strong team player with a collaborative nature
• Organisational Skills along with a high attention to detail
• Energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive attitude
• Meet the minimum competency requirements of Central Bank, CIP qualified ideally
