We are seeking a creative and passionate Fresh Food Creator to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative and delicious recipes, using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The ideal candidate has a deep love for cooking, a strong understanding of food trends, and a talent for turning simple ingredients into inspiring dishes. You’ll work closely with our culinary team to create recipes that not only taste amazing but also appeal to a variety of dietary preferences and lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients that align with the company’s brand and nutritional goals.
- Experiment with and refine recipes to ensure they are both flavorful and practical for home cooks or professional kitchens.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest food trends, dietary requirements, and customer preferences to inspire new recipe ideas.
- Write clear, concise, and easy-to-follow instructions for each recipe, ensuring accuracy in ingredient measurements and cooking techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide content for social media, blogs, and promotional materials, showcasing the recipes and food creations.
- Conduct taste tests and adjust recipes based on feedback to ensure high-quality results.
- Ensure recipes meet food safety standards and can be scaled for different quantities as needed.
- Assist with food styling and photography for recipe presentations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in recipe development, either professionally or through a portfolio of personal work.
- Strong culinary skills and an understanding of a variety of cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredient pairings.
- A passion for fresh, wholesome ingredients and creating meals that are nutritious and delicious.
- Ability to adapt recipes for different dietary preferences, such as gluten-free, vegan, or low-carb.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting recipes clearly and engagingly.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a kitchen environment.
- A creative, hands-on approach to food with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
