The Senior Accountant role is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality financial reporting and tax services while ensuring adherence to all regulatory and professional standards. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review statutory accounts and tax computations across a diverse client base, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance

Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, providing ongoing financial insight, practical advice, and strategic support

Serve as the main client contact, developing strong working relationships and delivering a consistently high standard of service

Work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and effective service delivery

Support clients in achieving their commercial objectives through tailored financial planning and informed decision-making

Stay informed on developments in accounting standards, tax legislation, and regulatory requirements

Assist in guiding and supporting junior team members, encouraging skill development and knowledge sharing

Contribute to process improvements and the continued growth of the firm
Experience & Skills Required

Qualified CPA, ACCA, or ACA with a minimum of three years’ relevant post-qualification experience

Strong technical competence across financial reporting, tax, and compliance
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Confident communicator with the ability to build credibility and long-term client relationships
-
Commercially aware, with a practical and solutions-focused approach

Self-motivated, adaptable, and keen to develop within a progressive professional environment
