Sales Advisor – Personal Lines

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as a New Business Sales Advisor. This role offers the opportunity to work in a goal-oriented environment with a highly competitive salary and commission structure. Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with new and existing clients to build and maintain strong relationships

• Spotting cross-selling opportunities and scheduling follow-up communications to drive future sales

• Contributing to a performance-focused team while delivering outstanding customer service

• Previous experience in insurance is advantageous

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in insurance brokering or related fields is preferred

• APA Personal General Insurance or CIP qualification is desirable but not mandatory

• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette

• Solid computer and IT proficiency

• Proven success in a sales-focused and results-driven environment

• Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable attitude with a professional approach
