Excellent new opportunity for an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join a busy close-knit team in Sligo. The salary on offer for the Personal Lines Insurance Broker if from €32,000 – €38,000 DOE with excellent benefits available too.

The Personal Lines Insurance Broker duties:

• Experience with Private Car, Commercial Motor and Home Insurances
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone proficiency.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and solution oriented.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Enjoys building relationships with customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Takes ownership and responsibility for actions.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
• Capable of making real-time decisions and managing workload independently.
• Proficient in using the Applied/Relay System
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT tools and experience of working on the Insurers on-line platforms
• Providing expert advice on all aspects of Personal Lines insurance.
• Ensuring clients understand the terms and coverage of their policies in accordance with industry regulations.
• Offering exceptional customer service to all Clients, both existing and new.
• Anticipating clients’ insurance needs, such as renewals or policy amendments.

The Personal Lines Insurance Broker Experience and Qualifications:

• APA Qualified
• Relay experience is a plus
• Experience working in an insurance company or broker on the Personal Lines
