Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently handle tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and post management.
  • Provide effective assistance in preparing briefs and maintaining e-filing systems.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and phone etiquette, representing the firm professionally.
  • Demonstrate superior organizational skills and adept deadline management.
  • Show flexibility and initiative to accommodate outside core office hours when necessary.
  • Manage scheduling, diary management, and billing support.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, travel, and accommodations for trials/mediations.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and approach duties with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Legal Secretary experience.
  • Essential expertise in medical negligence/litigation.
  • Strong team player with comprehensive knowledge of legal secretarial support and terminology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including document tracking, version control, and digital dictation.
  • Familiarity with Case Management systems (Practice Evolve a plus).
