Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in a busy call centre environment. You’ll provide expert HR and employment law advice to a diverse client base, managing your own portfolio of cases from initial enquiry to resolution.
This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. This is a fully on site role in Dublin 3.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver accurate, practical HR and employment law advice to clients.

Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring excellent service and compliance.

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video calls.

Record all case details accurately in the internal management system.

Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR best practices.

Support clients with documentation, policies, and training sessions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, consistent advice.
Requirements

Degree in HR, Employment Law, or related field (CIPD desirable).

Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR practices.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced call centre environment.
- Salary up to €40,000 per annum
