HR Business Partner

Excellent new opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join an international, multi-award winning company with excellent benefits.

Task & Responsibilities:

  • HR Business partner for all people related issues for a key area of the business.
  • Work as part of a fun, energetic HR team, whilst being yourself
  • Working with the People Director and People team to shape and drive and open, positive culture.
  • Provide employee relations advice, management and guidance and work effectively with managers and employees in this space.
  • Conduct grievance and disciplinary meetings to closure
  • Assist in the absent management and performance management of staff.
  • Assist with various HR projects.
  • Supporting in completion of the recruitment cycle from initial job application, interviewing, screening through to contract and induction stage
  • Support HR and Operations teams during Transfer of Undertakings (TUPE)
  • Provide HR operational support including, absence management updates, HR reports and internal and external audits as appropriate.
  • Prepare and issue Management Information to the business and provide guidance to management on HR statistics and other required data.
  • Devise HR initiatives to support the development of people management practices and increase employee engagement.
  • To be flexible and carry out other duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3 years HR experience within a generalist HR role, within a busy environment.
  • Degree in HR Management or related qualifications.
  • Open, friendly and enjoy working in a team environment, with a sense of fun and individuality.
  • Strong experience with organisations changes, restructures.
  • A strong HR employment law understanding and awareness.
  • Experience of TUPE legislation and practise, desired
  • Understanding of main PC applications (MS office) is required, and you will have excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Driver’s license with own transport
