The Executive Assistant, reporting directly to the CEO, is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the company. We seek an individual with exceptional judgment, communication, administrative, and organizational skills, capable of maintaining composure amidst multiple priorities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s dynamic calendar, ensuring prompt attendance at appointments and events. Prepare associated documents and occasionally attend meetings.
- Take a hands-on approach to tasks, including report writing, correspondence drafting, and financial recording for the farm business.
- Maintain meticulous records of farm-related information and address issues and concerns directed to the CEO/General Manager, prioritizing and resolving them effectively.
- Oversee recruitment for specific roles as required and provide temporary administrative support as needed.
- Familiarize oneself with company programs and undertake additional duties as assigned by the CEO.
Skills & Requirements:
- Possess strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, enabling efficient multitasking.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate and sustain relationships.
- Act as both a professional team player and an effective individual contributor.
- Exhibit discretion in handling confidential information and demonstrate unwavering dedication to customer/client service.
- Ideally, hold qualifications in Business/Marketing, supplemented by farming or finance knowledge and a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior management.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis is essential.
