Full Time Customer Service Agent – Compliance

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join the team at our site Reporting to the Administration Manager.

The successful candidates will join an experienced team to deliver exceptional homecare services to thousands of customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland working between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday with some work on Saturdays also within scope.

Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry or in a pertinent industry.

Remuneration packages are dependent on relevant experience.

Main responsibilities include:

Outbound calls to new patients to ensure compliance s from homecare patients

· Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external contacts to resolve daily delivery issues

· Processing tasks for field staff onto our bespoke database

· Ensuring all service levels and targets are not only achieved but are exceeded regularly Preparation of Cloud base reports for patients and consultants

· Any other ad-hoc office administration duties that may arise

Ideally the candidate should possess the following attributes

· Customer focused

· Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail

· Ability to prioritise workload

· Flexible approach to all areas of the role

· Strong communication and organisational skills

· Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Word & Excel.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics systems desirable but not essential. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training on our services, products and systems.
