We are currently recruiting for an experienced Client Sales Manager to join a leading supplier of premium construction materials in Ireland. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to develop their career within a well-established organisation supplying major residential and commercial construction projects nationwide. The role will focus on business development, account management, customer relationship growth, and sales performance across the Leinster region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to maximise revenue growth and market penetration across the Leinster territory.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, quantity surveyors, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Promote a portfolio of premium construction materials and value-added solutions across the region.
  • Provide consultative sales support and product guidance throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines to identify opportunities for growth and business development
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence to support business planning activities.
  • Represent the organisation at customer meetings, industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience within construction materials, building products, or a related construction sales environment.
  • Strong business development and account management capabilities with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing a regional territory and customer portfolio.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Experience working with developers, contractors, architects, housebuilders, or specification-led sales environments would be advantageous.
