Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth and strengthen client relationships across Ireland.

You’ll manage key accounts, expand the customer base, and deliver tailored solutions that drive performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenue through new business and long-term client partnerships.
  • Present and promote company services across multiple channels.
  • Manage top accounts with full commercial responsibility.
  • Support strategic decisions and team development.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations in person and online.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking and outreach.

About You:

  • Proven experience in multi-modal freight (air, sea, courier); 3PL or e-commerce a must.
  • Skilled in consultative sales and full-cycle account management.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially aware, with experience in P&L and margin management.
  • Track record of securing and growing business in logistics or related sectors.
