Our client is a leading Financial Advisory firm in Dublin. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our growing team. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced financial environment.
Role
- Management of Debtors ledger – preparation of sales invoices, credit control reports and cash allocations
- Management of Creditors ledger – processing supplier invoices, preparation of payments, reconciliation of supplier statements
- Management of Nominal Ledger – vat, fixed assets, prepayments and accruals
- Assisting in the preparation of VAT & VIES returns
- Assist in month-end processes to include Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
- Use of computerised accounting systems
- Assist with Office Administration surrounding existing client and supplier records
- Monitoring CFO Services Inbox and assisting with any queries arising
- Updating and maintaining CRM system
- Involvement in Drafting and issuing New-Client contracts
- Assist in Recruitment Process – On-boarding and Offboarding of employees
Requirements
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, is essential.
- Financial knowledge: Experience with bookkeeping and financial systems is a distinct advantage.
