Our client is a leading Financial Advisory firm in Dublin. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our growing team. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced financial environment.

Role

  • Management of Debtors ledger – preparation of sales invoices, credit control reports and cash allocations
  • Management of Creditors ledger – processing supplier invoices, preparation of payments, reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Management of Nominal Ledger – vat, fixed assets, prepayments and accruals
  • Assisting in the preparation of VAT & VIES returns
  • Assist in month-end processes to include Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
  • Use of computerised accounting systems
  • Assist with Office Administration surrounding existing client and supplier records
  • Monitoring CFO Services Inbox and assisting with any queries arising
  • Updating and maintaining CRM system
  • Involvement in Drafting and issuing New-Client contracts
  • Assist in Recruitment Process – On-boarding and Offboarding of employees

Requirements

  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, is essential.
  • Financial knowledge: Experience with bookkeeping and financial systems is a distinct advantage.

  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are critical for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
