Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join their busy, close-knit team in Sligo. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about delivering expert insurance advice and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on all aspects of Personal Lines insurance including Private Car, Commercial Motor, and Home policies.

Ensure clients fully understand policy terms, coverage, and comply with industry regulations.

Manage workload effectively, meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail and time management.

Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Proactively anticipate client insurance needs, such as renewals and policy amendments.

Utilize Applied/Relay System and other insurer online platforms efficiently.

Work collaboratively within the team to support company growth and achieve targets.

Demonstrate strong communication skills, including telephone proficiency, to engage clients professionally.

Take ownership and responsibility for all actions and decisions, managing workload independently when required.
Experience & Qualifications

APA Qualified (Personal Lines) – essential.

Experience working in Personal Lines insurance within a broker or insurance company environment.

Proficiency in Relay and Applied Systems is a strong advantage.

Competent user of Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented with a client-focused approach.
