An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Lines Executive to join a small, close-knit insurance team based in Drogheda. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to €55,000 DOE, along with excellent benefits.
What The Commercial Lines Executive Will Do:
- Manage existing business, new business, and mid-term adjustments (MTAs).
- Review policy renewals, policy wordings, and endorsements, ensuring exceptional customer service on all accounts.
- Proactively handle cases from start to completion with efficiency and accuracy.
- Negotiate renewals, re-market policies, finalise insurance placements, and provide coverage comparisons to support client recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to all compliance procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in insurance providers.
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and prompt service to clients, focusing on clear communication and effective solutions.
What We Require from The Commercial Lines Executive:
- CIP Qualification (or Grandfathered) in Commercial General Insurance.
- Ideally 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Relay Software.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to update company directors comprehensively on all cases.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, understand client needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Compliance with Fitness & Probity requirements is essential.
