New opportunity for a Personal Lines Insurance Executive to join a well-known insurance brand in Galway. This is a permanent position with a salary of €34,000 on offer with an excellent commission structure in place for additional earnings. The Job:

Sales and Activity Management:

  • Work with team manager on call flows and volumes of calls.
  • Dealing with web and queries from clients and close out sales across a suite of products.
  • Coach customers through the sales process, providing benefits and covers
  • Outbound to potential customers to advise of products and covers available and close out sale.
  • Work on specific campaigns with the team manager on driving additional sales
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build effective working relationships with all customers by establishing trust, anticipating needs, sharing information and meeting commitments
  • Deal with any issues that customers may have with queries, quotes etc.

Customer Service:

  • Portray a professional image to meet or exceed customer service standards
  • Take personal responsibility for delivering the highest level of accuracy and quality in your work
  • Deal with requests and enquiries from customers, staff and management in a professional and timely manner

Team Collaboration:

  • Working as part of a team environment to ensure all customer needs are met
  • Working together to ensure the team is on track to meet monthly and yearly targets Compliance:
  • Work with the team manager and compliance teams in ensuring that quality of file records meets prescribed standards

Requirements:

  • Preferable to have a strong sales or customer service background
  • At least 1 years relevant Insurance experience
  • Compliant with the Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements – APA (Personal General Insurance) as a minimum requirement with a willingness to progress to further educational qualifications as required.
  • An enthusiastic and flexible approach
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong IT skills. Relay/Applied knowledge an advantage

Job Title: Service Technician Galway

Job Summary:

The Technician will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and removal of medical and medicinal products for patients and service users. This includes offering comprehensive instructions on the proper use of the products, providing ongoing support, and ensuring the equipment’s effective operation throughout its use with patients. The role involves working both independently and as part of a team to enhance patient care through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain medical oxygen and ventilation equipment for patients in private homes and hospital environments.
  • Deliver training and technical support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding the correct usage and maintenance of equipment.
  • Provide thorough product knowledge to both the private sector and hospital staff, ensuring full understanding of the medical devices.
  • Offer after-hours support to patients on a rotational basis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely installation, servicing, and, when required, removal of equipment, adhering to safety and compliance regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of service calls and ensure follow-up actions are completed efficiently.
  • Occasionally travel to cover other regions within the country as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Prior experience in a field-based technical sales or technical support role is highly desirable.
    • Experience in technical repairs with a strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Competencies:
    • Full, clean driving license for at least 2 years.
