The General Manager will:

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of 8 professionals across 3 Community Enterprise Centres, building a culture of creativity, collaboration, and ambition.

  • Drive Growth: Identify new opportunities, engage with stakeholders, and develop innovative business models that expand Innovate Fingal’s regional impact.

  • Build Relationships: Collaborate with entrepreneurs, community leaders, and strategic partners to create and deliver high-impact enterprise support programmes.

  • Champion Innovation: Embrace change, take calculated risks, and create agile solutions in a fast-evolving economic landscape.
