Responsibilities:

  • Manage cases from initial instruction through to resolution, including documentation, research, and representation.

  • Draft and review employment contracts and related agreements.

  • Support clients in ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

  • Handle disputes through negotiation and, where necessary, litigation.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

About You:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in employment law.

  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR procedures.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Confident managing a busy caseload and meeting deadlines.

  • Proficient in legal research and case management software.
