Qualified Tax Advisor

We are seeking a motivated Tax Advisor to join a growing professional services team, providing high-quality tax compliance and advisory support to a diverse client base. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, build strong professional relationships, and deliver practical tax solutions while collaborating with experienced accountants and tax specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering professional tax compliance and advisory services.
• Provide guidance and support to accounting colleagues on a range of taxation matters and technical queries.
• Liaise directly with Revenue on behalf of clients, managing correspondence and resolving tax-related issues.
• Assist clients with tax planning, compliance requirements, and ongoing advisory needs.
• Analyse client situations and recommend effective tax solutions tailored to their circumstances.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure a seamless service offering for clients.

Skills & Experience

• AITI / CTA qualified with a strong technical knowledge of Irish taxation.
• Previous experience within an accountancy practice or tax advisory environment.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide a high standard of client service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Well-organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• A collaborative team player who can build positive working relationships across the business.
