We are seeking a commercially focused Field Sales Representative to support the growth of our clients premium portfolio across Ireland. This role combines account management and new business development, with responsibility for building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving territory growth
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within market.
- Promote premium brands through a consultative, solutions-led approach.
- Manage an assigned territory and work towards consistent year-on-year growth.
- Carry out customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Monitor market activity and competitor trends to support sales strategy.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Represent the business professionally at meetings, events, and trade shows where required.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales or customer-facing commercial role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
- Full clean driving licence required.
- Interest in design-led products and the home improvement market is desirable.
- Third-level education is beneficial but not essential.
