Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage the accurate and timely processing of payrolls. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation.
  • Maintain payroll records including new hires, leavers, and adjustments.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll reports and statutory returns.
  • Act as a point of contact for payroll queries and provide support to stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding and setup of new payrolls.
  • Assist with payroll system updates and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years payroll experience.
  • Relevant payroll qualification (e.g. IPASS).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
