Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in a busy call centre environment. You’ll provide expert HR and employment law advice to a diverse client base, managing your own portfolio of cases from initial enquiry to resolution.

This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. This is a fully on site role in Dublin 3.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate, practical HR and employment law advice to clients.

  • Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring excellent service and compliance.

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video calls.

  • Record all case details accurately in the internal management system.

  • Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR best practices.

  • Support clients with documentation, policies, and training sessions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, consistent advice.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Employment Law, or related field (CIPD desirable).

  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR practices.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced call centre environment.

  • Salary up to €40,000 per annum
