Responsibilities:

Set high standards across all aspects of the store-presentation, service, and performance

Create a customer-focused culture where quality service is consistently delivered

Ensure all operational policies, safety procedures, and food safety standards (HACCP) are strictly followed

Recruit, coach, and lead a capable team, providing feedback, structure, and development support

Analyse sales trends and make proactive decisions to maximise performance

Delegate tasks efficiently, aligning responsibilities with team members’ skills

Manage inventory, control stock levels, and take full ownership of store financials

Plan resources strategically and manage staffing levels to meet business needs

Build a collaborative environment with a strong team ethic and shared accountability
Experience:
-
At least 5 years of leadership experience in a busy retail environment

A proven ability to inspire, guide, and get the best from your team

Strong commercial awareness with a track record in improving sales and store efficiency

Experience in rota planning, scheduling, and long-term resource coordination
-
A commitment to outstanding customer service and team-wide consistency

Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving on the shop floor

Familiarity with Planograms and visual merchandising standards

Excellent communication skills and a calm, authoritative leadership style
