Location: Sligo
Salary: €32,000 – €38,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

Opportunity Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join their busy, close-knit team in Sligo. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about delivering expert insurance advice and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on all aspects of Personal Lines insurance including Private Car, Commercial Motor, and Home policies.

• Ensure clients fully understand policy terms, coverage, and comply with industry regulations.

• Manage workload effectively, meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail and time management.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

• Proactively anticipate client insurance needs, such as renewals and policy amendments.

• Utilize Applied/Relay System and other insurer online platforms efficiently.

• Work collaboratively within the team to support company growth and achieve targets.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills, including telephone proficiency, to engage clients professionally.

• Take ownership and responsibility for all actions and decisions, managing workload independently when required.

Experience & Qualifications

• APA Qualified (Personal Lines) – essential.

• Experience working in Personal Lines insurance within a broker or insurance company environment.

• Proficiency in Relay and Applied Systems is a strong advantage.

• Competent user of Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented with a client-focused approach.
