Insurance Sales Advisor

Salary: €27,000 – €34,000

Our client is seeking a Insurance Sales Advisor to join their team in Portlaoise. This role focuses on delivering sales across Personal Lines, Agri, and Commercial Business while ensuring excellent customer service and supporting the office’s operations.

The Insurance Sales Advisor Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual sales targets through prospecting, up-selling, and cross-selling.
• Address customer queries and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on the company’s products, compliance requirements, and industry qualifications.
• Provide claims assistance at the notification stage, as per company procedures.
• Assist with account management for Commercial and Agri business.
• Support premium collections and renewal follow-ups.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer service delivery.

Requirements for the Insurance Sales Advisor:

• APA, CIP, or similar qualifications or working towards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Sales or customer service experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication, organisational, and customer relationship skills.
• Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
