Our client, a top rated firm in Dublin 2, is in search of an experienced Construction Solicitor to join their dynamic and expanding team, contributing dedication and expertise to their thriving client base.

The ideal candidate sought possesses not only strong technical skills but also thrives on collaboration and is driven by innovative problem-solving.

The firm encourages candidates with a background in commercial litigation or property, or with prior career experience as a quantity surveyors or engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer guidance on both transactional and contentious matters.
  • Manage client engagements with minimal yet supportive oversight.
  • Navigate diverse dispute resolution processes, including adjudication, conciliation, mediation, court proceedings, and arbitration.
  • Provide counsel on both standard and bespoke construction contracts.
  • Draft and negotiate development agreements, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and ancillary project documents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years PQE
  • Genuine passion for construction law and industry practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong prioritisation skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Enthusiasm for business development.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a friendly manner.
