Excellent new opportunity for a Broker Accounts Administrator to join a growing insurance business in D.18. The position is permanent hybrid role and has a salary of up to €50,000 with excellent benefits on offer.
Task & Responsibilities
- Managing incoming queries, liaising with the underwriting team to resolve where appropriate.
- Issuance of statements on a monthly basis.
- Reconciliation of paid transactions.
- Development and management of appropriate reports, including aged debt and reconciliations.
- Working with the management team to ensure broker accounts processes are efficient, documented, and compliant with regulatory obligations.
- Reporting to the management team concerning broker accounts; and
- Additional ad hoc duties as they arise.
- Work collaboratively with, and learn from, other internal departments such as underwriting, claims and compliance.
- Work closely with senior management, having significant industry experience.
- Work closely with our network of brokers and provide great customer service; and,
- Become part of a growing business.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience working in an insurance company
- APA, CIP Qualified or working towards
