Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries offering knowledgeable advice and product recommendations in a professional and timely manner.
• Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service, ensuring every customer interaction.
• Prepare accurate quotations in line with customer requirements and established pricing structures.
• Maintain regular follow-up on all quotations to secure sales.
• Track customer orders and coordinate deliveries, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Follow all company procedures and operational policies.
• Support other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Background in retail sales with a passion for engaging with customers and closing sales.
• Approachable, enthusiastic, and confident personality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Comfortable using computers and basic digital systems.
