We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-driven Sales Consultant. You’ll have the chance to develop your sales expertise and deliver exceptional service. As a key part of the team, you will connect with customers to fully understand their vision and help bring it to life, contributing to the achievement of individual and team sales goals while maintaining outstanding reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries offering knowledgeable advice and product recommendations in a professional and timely manner.
- Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service, ensuring every customer interaction.
- Prepare accurate quotations in line with customer requirements and established pricing structures.
- Maintain regular follow-up on all quotations to secure sales.
- Track customer orders and coordinate deliveries, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Follow all company procedures and operational policies.
- Support other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Background in retail sales with a passion for engaging with customers and closing sales.
- Approachable, enthusiastic, and confident personality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable using computers and basic digital systems.
